And the worst part is I hated it because I knew if I didn’t get more leads rolling in and turning them into deals – that I’d eventually have to move back in with my parents and become a truck driver (so I’d only have to be home 10% of the year.)
I had bills, I had school loans, I had car payments…I had to make it work because the creditors had to get paid.
It was do or die.
So I did what everyone else out there does in this situation.
I started looking for a way out.
I looked everywhere and a few months later I found it.
I stumbled upon a podcast where a guy was talking about how they building and “optimizing” websites so that more people could find them online.
But not just anyone…
Specific people that were looking for the exact product/service that they wanted.
This was a really cool concept to me, so I dug in and ended up building a website and used these exact strategies on it…
And before I knew it…

Fast forward a few years later…
…and my Mortgage Marketing Machines were doing the work for me so I didn’t have to.
I was traveling the world whenever I wanted, and after a while, a few LOs started asking what I was doing and if I could do it for them…
And that’s how I began doing this for other Loan Officers.
I enjoyed this so much actually, that I entirely got out of the mortgage business and worked with clients full-time.
Now I work directly with LO’s, helping them get more sales opportunities than ever before so that they don’t have to go through the roller coaster of what I went through.
The system I put together takes everything I’ve learned throughout the years and puts it on a silver platter so that LO’s can get more leads, more deals, and grow their business into a highly valuable asset that they can sell anytime if they wanted to.
